Booking & Arrival Information
Hire of the Dog Paddock can be made on line via this link Book online
If you have difficulties booking on-line, please call 07518 262389
Bookings are for 50-minute time slots and you will have sole use of the field for your allotted time. This allows for you to vacate the field at the end of your session before the next booking arrives. Please leave promptly and on time to avoid contact with the next booking.
On arrival DO NOT enter the dog field parking area until the previous user has left, please wait outside the gate in the designated waiting area. Once in the field parking area the gate MUST be securely closed after entering. Dogs must NOT be let out of your vehicle until this gate is closed.
You may then enter the Dog Field via the pedestrian gate.
Field Rules
You must pick all dog excrement and to be placed into the Red Dog Poo Bin provided. Compostable Poo Bags are available if you do not have your own. Not picking up may jeopardise your future use of the field. The field is regularly checked daily to keep a safe and a healthy place for everyone.
Dogs must NOT be left unattended.
Do NOT allow dogs to dig in the field, all holes are to be filled in and reported to 07518 262389
Do NOT groom your dog in the field.
Children under the age of 16 years are welcome but must be accompanied by an adult at all times and abide by the field rules.
The field must be left clean & tidy at the end of your session. NO smoking or vaping is permitted. NO food, treats or toys to be left in the field and all litter to be taken home (do not put litter into the poo bins).
Dogs must be kept on a lead when outside of the field.
Subletting of the field is NOT permitted.
Vaccinations
It is the user’s responsibility to ensure that all dogs are fully vaccinated, with no signs of worms, fleas or ticks.
You must NOT bring any dog in to the field that is unwell or have been in contact with any other dogs with illness during the last 48 hours.
Field Shelter
A field shelter is provided for both you and dogs to use.
First aid kits are present for both humans and dogs within the shelter.
Water
Water taps and bowls are provided in the field and parking area.
Used bowls may be place in the tubs to be cleaned.
There is also a spray hose within the parking area to clean either dogs or boots.
Fences
The fence is 1.8m high and folded on the ground to prevent digging.
It is the user’s responsibility to decide if this is adequate to keep their dog securely inside the field.
Wellfield KS is not held responsible for any dogs escaping from the field. The field and fences are regularly inspected.

Toys & Equipment
Use of toys and equipment is at the user’s own risk.
It is your responsibility to ensure your dog is healthy and active enough to use the equipment and must be supervised at all times.
Children must NOT use or climb on any of the equipment, it is for dog use only.
Professional use
Professional user’s (eg, Trainers, dog walkers etc) need to contact us prior to booking and provide relevant insurance and agree to abide to by the field terms and conditions.
Cancellations
All bookings are non-refundable.
You may reschedule your booking up to 24 hours before your session via the website.
Wellfield KS reserve the right to close the field at any time for exceptional circumstances e.g. severe weather conditions making the field unsafe or essential maintenance.
Wellfield KS accept no liability for any other expenses incurred by the hirer as a result of the use of the field booking being withdrawn.
Liabilities
Wellfield KS accept no liability for the death or injury of any person or animal whilst using the field and shall be entirely at the hirer’s own risk.
Wellfield KS accept no liability for damages to property, losses, claims, actions, expenses or any other liability incurred during use of the field.
Accompanied children are welcome at the hirers own risk.
It is the hirers responsibility to inform anyone accompanying them the field rules, terms and conditions.
Wellfield KS reserve the right to refuse bookings at their discretion.
You agree to abide by the field rules, terms and conditions.
Wellfield KS reserve the right to change the terms and conditions at any time.
